The Plan Continued

After talking with my site supervisor I was surprised to find that they estimate at least 70% of referrals are for 9th grade students. Secondly, referrals by teachers for classroom disruption is down but incidents in the hallways and at lunch are up and many if not most are due to bullying, gossiping and personal attacks. So I felt as did he that narrowing down the research to the 9th grade was pertinent. I have added gathering data on 9th grade referrals by semester. This may also give me some quantitative data in terms of climate for 9th graders beyond the surveys.
